About Vedic Meditation

The power of Vedic Meditation lies in its simplicity. Practicing Vedic Meditation involves sitting comfortably with your eyes closed for twenty minutes twice a day, using a personalized mantra (or sound) to trigger deep rest in the mind and body.

It does not require focus or concentration and you can do it anywhere.

It is self-sustaining, not requiring apps, headphones, or guided meditation subscriptions. Even though this technique is effortless, many students often report benefits within the first week.

Vedic meditation originated in ancient India as part of a body of knowledge known as the Veda.

This is the same ancient knowledge that brought us Ayurveda, Yoga and much of Eastern philosophy. Like yoga, Vedic Meditation can be practiced by anyone, regardless of cultural or religious beliefs.
